Can You Reset or Change My Password?

No, we cannot.

iMenuPro accounts are set up with an email address and password. As noted in our signup terms, it is your sole responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your password.

All passwords are stored in our database and hashed for security. Even we don't know what they are. If you don't know your own password, we cannot tell it to you.

You can, however, reset your password at any time from our login page using the email you used to create the account. 

If you don't have access to the email that was used to create the account, then you will not be able to reset your password and you will not be able to log in, or re-activate a canceled account, unless you can remember your password. This is a security measure to protect others from gaining access to your account.
