Email your PDF
Once you create the PDF menu using File > Create PDF to Print
it then displays in a new browser tab.
The browsers all work a little differently, but there's a way in each where you can then save (or download) the PDF file to your desktop or downloads folder.
1) Google Chrome: - the PDF menu will appear in a new tab: hover over menu until you see the Download icon (upper right), or Right Click and select Save As
2) Mozilla FireFox: the Save icon is the upper right corner, or Right Click and select Save Page As
3) Microsoft Edge: the Save icon is the upper right corner, or Right Click and select Save
4) Apple Safari: hover near the bottom of the file until you see the Download icon and click it.
You can then find the file where you saved it (or downloaded it) and email the PDF file as an attachment, just like would for any file.
