Ad Blockers and Browser Extensions
Access to iMenuPro is received on a monthly fee basis. Therefore our app is Ad-free and always will be.
So, if you use Ad-blocker extensions in your browser (to block or filter webpage advertisements), we strongly recommend that you add the iMenuPro app and our website to your Ad Blocker's exception list. Some Ad blockers can interfere with normal app operations and cause app in-operability or degraded performance (run much slower).
Also, over the years many 3rd party browser extensions have wreaked havoc with web apps, including iMenuPro. Some even contain viruses. Make sure to only use trusted extensions.
And if you are experiencing technical issues with iMenuPro, and you use Ad blockers or other browser extensions, please disable them first, and then try the app again before contacting SoftCafe support. Disabling the extension or blocker may correct your issue.
We recommend using the latest version of your browser when accessing iMenuPro. You can use Chrome, Firefox, Safari 12 or higher, Microsoft Edge or any other browser that conforms to modern standards. Browsers are updated continually, however, so if you're having an issue with iMenuPro it could be a browser bug introduced by a recent browser update. If you suspect this, simply try accessing iMenuPro in a different browser.
Microsoft Internet Explorer
Microsoft has discontinued support for Internet Explorer 9 and 10 and will drop support for Internet Explorer 11 on June 15, 2022. iMenuPro will no longer work in these browsers. We advise that you follow Microsoft's recommendation (click here) and upgrade to the Microsoft Edge as soon as possible for security and a better user experience.
As of 4/2022 older versions of macOS (previously known as MAC OS X) such as EL CAPITAN (released in 2014) and older versions of iOS (pre-iOS 14) are no longer supported and iMenuPro will no longer work on these systems. We advise that you update your macOS or iPad/iPhone iOS to the latest version.
